Editor's Update

Welcome to the October 2011 LTS Connection! This edition highlights multiple LTS initiatives that further our commitment to building campus relationships in order to deliver cutting edge services and resources.

The first two articles showcase our explorations into e-textbooks and iPads and to delivering software over the Internet via virtual desktop technologies. Another article addresses LTS’ commitment to campus sustainability by implementing print management software. The remainder of this edition features a description of our fall speaker, information on three new Special Collections exhibits, and an introduction to our new CLIR Fellow.

The new editor of the LTS Connection is James Young, Director for Administration, Planning, and Advancement for Lehigh University’s Library and Technology Services.
