Symposium on Teaching and Learning Highlights Faculty Innovations

A paper written by Karen Timmerman, a senior in the department of International Relations, was selected for the 2012 Libraries Student Research Prize. Distance Education Marks Twenty Years at Lehigh
Twenty years ago, Lehigh University entered the relatively new academic world of distance education by delivering graduate degrees to students at partner companies such as Air Products, Merck, Alcoa, Kodak, and Exxon using -- at the time -- a sophisticated satellite delivery system. Judy McNally is retiring from Lehigh after serving in several different positions within LTS. Judy began as a cataloging librarian and then moved to head of Cataloging and currently is the Team Leader for Technical Services. Judy is a wonderful mentor and knowledgeable librarian.
